I had Beef with Charon sauce. Does anyone know what that is? I sure didn't. Had to ask. Turns out it is a mix of Bearnaise and tomato sauce. Was really tasty. When i read Charon i only thought about the guy, Charon, that was the ferryman that steered the boat over the river Styx to the land of the dead, Hades, with his load of dead people. Greek mythology. My first thought was: "Does this mean there is a chance i will meet Charon if i eat this sauce?".
