ouch, I already felt that , Ms. Mod before I posted. Oww. How do you know? yeesh. stop.
Now that's a great teacher. How sweet was she?Iodine knees.
Remember when my Kindergarden teacher painted hearts on my knees after fall and scapes.
Stopped my crying. Little things that you remember.
Showed them off proud to my mom.
Always keeping you and yours in heart and prayers...common' baby!!Sending many healing vibes and will keep your family in my prayers.
Believe it or not, being a grandma, Nana or whatever...is even better than being a mom...had I known grandkids were so great I would have had them first!
...this is good news!...bless her heart...I want to thank you all for your prayers and blessings...my stepdaughter, as some may know, has MS...had to be one of the rare kinds, but...she's been in a wheel chair for over 20 years. Recently her left foot started turning purple...getting darker each day...but with our wonderful medical system, no one could see her right away..finally got in to a "specialist" that told her she had a leaking valve that couldn't be operated on and that they may have to amputate her foot...but they'd watch it for a while and see. That's when I posted...since then she got and emergency office visit for her regular doctor. While he was explaining what was going on..circulation problems...he massaged her leg and foot and told her to look at her foot. It looked normal again...needs to elevate it twice a day and wear a compression stocking. NO TALK OF AMPUTATION!! Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts!!
Keeping you all in my heart and prayers...as always...
BTW..I don't care much for most doctors and "specialists"....there are great ones...but not around here. And the costs of everything they charge...but that's another story....
Love and Prayers to all!

Hello Mr GNT
My name is Anne and I am Alexandra's daughter. I am probably not supposed
to use my Mom's account but I didn't know any other way of contacting all of you.
Hope I don't get her kicked off this message area. She talks about all of you all the time but has no way to go on line at the hospital. There is a computer but it rejects my request to go on here so I am using her laptop at home.
Mom has had a rough time the past few months and after her first surgery she was put on a feeding tube and pain pump which she won't use. Gosh she is stubborn. Her second surgery is this afternoon at 2 30. She has surprised everyone at the hospital that she has made it this far. She is trying very hard Mr GNT and I have more faith than the doctors do that she can make it through this. I know my Mom and she does not give up.
I will tell her I have written you after it is sent. She has told me what a fine man you are Sir so I thought if I wrote you maybe you could pass it along. Mom is always talking
about all of you and by the sounds of it you have made a strong impact in her life and
I thank you all for that. She wonders about Morgan and if she is okay, if Dana is doing
well, about Frank and his health and she talks about Out of Order and how he makes her laugh. She has not forgotten anyone and hopefully she will be able to get back on
your Board and they will have not forgotten her. She worries that people will be angry with her for not writing but she just doesn't have access right now. Please don't give
up on her. Oh, she told me about your Stephen King trip and said how wonderful it
will be and such fun. Have a great time!!!
Well I have to go, Mom is in a hospital in the Northern Interior and I want to get there to see her before she goes in for her surgery.
Thank you for your time Sir and my best to you and all the members of this amazing
Board. God bless all of you.
Anne

Hi Anne, thank you for the update on your mom. I am so glad you feel welcome on the SKMB. We are a family here and you are now part of it too. Know prayers and healing vibes will continue. I can't remember if you mom has read Mr Mercedes and Finders Keepers, the first two books of the trilogy ending in End of Watch. Maybe, as she feels better, you could bring that book to her- read it at visits if she is too tired.
Feel free to ask any questions you have about the MB. I send you inner peace with Love and green lights ( your mom will know about the green lights)
