I saw this on CTV last night Star, so very sad, bless her little heart. I don't think she ever had a
chance. The perp has been charged with 2 counts of First Degree Murder.

There was a preacher who fell in the ocean and he couldn’t swim.

When a boat came by, the captain yelled, “Do you need help, sir?”

The preacher calmly said “No, God will save me.”

A little later, another boat came by and a fisherman asked, “Hey, do you need help?” The preacher replied again, “No God will save me.”

Eventually the preacher drowned & went to heaven. The preacher asked God, “Why didn’t you save me?”

God replied, “Fool, I sent you two boats!”

The lesson? Don’t let the blessings around you go unnoticed. Opportunities flit in and out of our lives every day. Sometimes life-saving gifts come in a form that you weren’t expecting, so keep your eyes wide open. If you’re drowning, it’s time to stop thinking. Grab onto that hand that’s reaching to free you.

Back home on the weekend but it took a few days to get my bearings. Still have 2 drains and 2 IV's but the
V.O.N. comes each morning. No Home Care allowed for me, I am too young they said. Not sure how it can
be decided by age, I would think it would be based on need. But, who knows when it comes to Health Care.
So many cut backs. I can manage and I will be fine. Thank you (again) for all your kind words and prayers
they mean so much to me and your prayers were the boost needed. You are a wonderful group of friends,
God Bless all of you.
