I just wanted to offer a thank you to those folks who have prayed for my mom's health,here she is with her newest great grandchild..Grace just celebrated her 88th birthday on Dec 23rd and is hanging in there.She loves reading,which is probably where I got my interest,and being with her family,especially in the summer with my sister,husband and kids at their camp on a lake..hoping she can get to feel the warmth of the summer sun on her face there this year,winter is so long and cold in the upstate region of NY.Thank you again,I am sure your kind thoughts and prayers have been beneficial to her..

Thank you for asking. He was taken off blood thinner due to bleeding (source never found) about 18 months ago. The 81mg of aspirin evidently was not doing the job as he developed small blood clots in the top portion of his heart. The TIA was the result of a clot going to his brain. He has no residual effects which is wonderful and has been put back on blood thinner. He sees the cardiologist tomorrow, we hope to learn more.

Thank you all so much for the kind words..it may sound silly,but I remember looking up at my mom as she held me,perhaps I was older than a new baby,but I do remember her wise,smiling face looking down at me,and gentle words..and now she has held so many more..I really do appreciate your prayers and thoughts..
Best to Haunted also for husband,may he continue to improve..
