I'm asking for prayers. A dear friend's father was killed in an accident this morning. I am just sick, thinking what my friend and her family are going through. He was a very nice man. A great father who was always there for his girls. He had the easiest, most enthusiastic laugh you ever heard. I spent lots of time at their house growing up. It is awful news to get.

My sister is having a hard time as well, she is good friends with one of the younger girls.

I'm feeling kind of better; I dug out my X-Files blu-rays again (even though i'm scared of my Blu-ray player messing them up since that happened with my season 3 set) and life feels somewhat complete again. Long story short: I can't live without The X-files, it's a shame that season 11 will be Gillian Anderson's last time playing Scully.
