Going to miss it,loved the kid scientists, the stupid pet tricks,Jack Hanna and his animals...the best moments were unscripted with not famous people, and watching the interactions..good stuff. His humor was silly but with a subtle edge, while a lot of other stuff today just seems vulgar that hits you over the head with it,to make sure you "got it"..anyhow,God Bless to you David, and your family, thank you for all the laughs, and the special message after nine eleven, you were great there..travel well and be safe, see you on the other side..thanks.. :)

I will never forget his 'speech' when he came back for the first time after 9/11. To quote Dave: 'God d*mn you.' It was a powerful moment.

Well, I am going to spoil the party here. I never liked the guy, he acted to pompous to me.

Thanks for this, my friend. You can hear the raw emotion in his voice as he speaks. He's not one to really show his emotions, but it's really there for all to hear. I don't think this is the full clip of his 'talk' though, as I speciafically remember him looking directly into the camera and talking about how 'dare these people do something like this in his backyard' or something to that effect and staring right into the camera lens and saying 'God d*man you. God d*mn you.' It was very powerful to see.
