IMG_0409.JPG ...we lost our kitty Calvin at some point overnight....we awoke to find his lifeless body in the street in front of our house...and I spent my morning interring him with the rest of the family pets in my Dad's orchard...a peaceful spot, with a beautiful view and where he and the rest of our critters have found eternal sleep...Calvin liked all of us, but favored my youngest son and myself...we are all heartbroken....I shall look for him on the other side of the Rainbow Bridge...not trying to be a downer, but sharing my hurt with my family here, takes the edge away....

GNTLGNT - Scott my heart aches for you and family. What a beautiful kitty. May he join all my passed critter over the Rainbow Bridge. I hold him to prayers with St. Francis. May you and yours find inner peace. It sounds like Calvin has a wonderful resting place. Hold all the good memories close. He will never leave your heart.

Hey Scott - if you ever get another, have you thought of maybe training it from a kitten to just stay inside the house? It means getting a litter box, etc. but might be better.
