Honestly, I have been crying on and off all day about this. I first heard the news in the morning. We have seen the Hip close to 12 times. We have traveled to Canada, PA, and throughout Ohio. I feel like this is a loss to the music community in a big way. I also feel sad too because it feels like another blow to my youth with my husband. Tom Petty, Bowie, Scott Weiland and now Gord Downie.
