That was the original plan but there was some sort of snafu when one of the coordinators went on vacation that ended up delaying the process.

Don't know other than when I first sent in my email I only put the order number from amazon where I bought it. She emailed me back and asked for a screen shot or digital copy of the actual purchase. So I guess it was just for that. Oh well.....
