dill pickles...fried...gotta try that. never heard such a thing. fried green tomatoes, fried okra yes...but not pickles. i wonder what fried sweet pickles would be like? how'd they arrive at dill pickles? pickle barrel maybe...bottom of the barrel. or maybe someone...who was the very first one to fry a pickle? have you ever considered the equation prior? weighty matter, this. maybe something from way back when we walked on all fours, still had a semblance of gills about the mouth and neck and we had a hankering for green food, something snapped in our brain and someone covered in hair dropped a pickle in his cast-iron skillet, satisfied that ancient craving? yeah, that's what happened.
