Scribner isn't legally allowed to do this for anyone outside the U.S. They're the ones who put up the offer for us but maybe you can start a campaign with Hodder & Stoughton--they publish in Australia so they'd be the ones to do one for you.

Side note: Please do not blame SK (or any author for that matter) when it comes to contests like this. The publishing companies are the ones that control these types of publicity stunts and are the ones to be blamed/contacted/criticized.
