Hi, I'm Gabriel! Just stopping in to introduce myself.
I first got into SK after purchasing the unabridged The Stand and The Wastelands at my middle school book fair. Needless to say, I was destined to be a Dark Tower fan from the get go. (now, who decided to sell 10-12 year olds SK books is up for debate)
In any case, I've been a rabid SK fan ever since. I recently got a huge amount of 1st edition hardbacks from a friends grandmother. Some are book club 1sts but a good amount are true 1sts. I was obviously really stoked! Added to my existing collection it puts me really close to having a complete hardback set! (minus a true 1st of The Gunslinger or a 1st of Salem's Lot
) This also gave me the opportunity to give away a bunch of my old paperbacks to various friends, just spreading the love around!
I look forward to chatting with some other die hard fans since I have very few friends that dig SK on the level that I do.
