Value is a difficult thing to assign to a book. Ultimately it boils down to what a person is willing to pay for something. I see three copies listed at B&N's website (all used) -- two of them are $15 and the third is $295. There are five listed on Amazon ranging from $7 to $295.
The first edition of the book went through two printings. This is the version that has the envelopes of included material. I'm not sure if it's possible to distinguish between the printings. There may be an indication on the copyright page. Then there was a revised edition, which has a new chapter, but does not have the pouches of documents. Some were reproduced flat on the page, but a lot of that stuff was omitted. So, you'd first want to know which edition/printing someone was offering. Nothing on the front cover indicates the edition.
At present, both editions are out of print. That means you can't order it from the B&N warehouse via their website. However, there's a chance that you can still find copies on the shelves in certain stores. Being out of print means that people are probably going to charge more for copies. Yet, if B&N decides to order another printing, there will be beaucoups copies (of the second edition) available at cover price (and often at a significant discount on their website).
