Hi, I'm a noob and I have a question: I just finished reading Joyland and I loved it. My question is, did SK get the name of the amusement park (Joyland) from an episode of The Outer Limits, called "Second Chance"? This episode centers around an amusement park named Joyland. Thanks!

Getting ready for a re-read of 11/22/63. This story is of particular interest to me because I lived it. I was in High School when it happened. I followed the Jim Garrison trial with great interest. I feel he was pointed in the right direction, but he took it to court too soon.

11/22/63 Was excellent as well. Stick around and poke into some of the discussions...most are willing to chat and it is a wonderful group of people.
