...but do you pearl???....
Not very often, honestly!
She might purl, but no matter how much sand she's got irritating her, I don't think it's possible for her to pearl.
I, for once, went dirty but I like the oyster idea MUCH better.
...dirty oysters???...reminds me of a joke about an obscene clam, but I probably should just shut the shell up...
...soooooo, guess that's the sweet way of telling me that if I'm gonna crack wise, I should check on proper spelling....sumtymes, eye 4get, sawree...
Welcome to SKMB Shawnakat - I crochet, too!
Welcome to the boards I crochet small stuff, mostly potholders and dishcloths. The largest thing I ever crocheted was a cowboy hat. I used string from Home Depot so it would be stiff. I found a picture online of a vest I would love to make but there are no instructions. Do you happen to know what stitch this is?
Man - I wish I could help you there no bounce no play - to me it seems to be a lot of chain stiches but what is holding them together I am not sure of. Maybe see if your library has any books on crochet so you could search for a similar pattern?
I looked on-line for patterns but there weren't any that looked like the picture - good luck!
(((Neesy))) You were so sweet to look for the pattern. Thank you I think maybe the interrupted v-stitch might be similar. I could try changing the double-crochets to triple crochets and adding chain stitches on the horizontal to make the holes larger.
Howdy. I'm a chronic knitter. I only knit scarves and I'm from the South and have mild winters. Still, I continue to make them...and read, of course.
You can mail them up here to cold and wintry Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada We turn blue from the wind chill up here!
I don't crochet, but I can be crotchety.
