Hi all, I've just finished 11/22/63 yesterday and felt compelled to join the SKMB having been a lurker for some years now. I must say I think 11/22/63 is one of the best King books I have read, and I've read a lot! I wanted so much for Jake and Sadie to get their happy ending and their last dance just broke my heart! Now I dont know what read next.....

I've read it. Not the type of sequel I'd imagined but I loved it all the same. I'm thinking Needful Things next, one of those I've never got around to reading but has been sat patiently on my Kindle for over a year now! Thanks for all the welcomes guys :)
I thought Rose Madder was quite good - a bit of fantasy in there and a love story (later on in the book)

Welcome!

I love Needful Things. As I've said before on these boards, it's my favorite type of SK book. Put a bunch of borderline looney townsfolk in an interesting situation, sit back and enjoy the fun!

Needful Things is one of my faves. Maybe that's due to my having loved the movie before finding sK. Welcome!

The style of that book reminded me quite a bit of IT--it was a 'young' book :) Have you tried Bag of Bones yet?
