...I welcome you, and may I respectfully ask-are you a follower of Mohammed, a Muslim?....it would be a wonderful change of pace to meet someone of that faith, in a positive fashion...

Hi there
Thanks for the warm welcome, as to your question, honestly I'm more of a "born into" than a "follower", I respect the faith and all other faiths and their followers, but My belief system is mostly based on what is good and applicable in real life, so I've read the quran, the Bible, the old testament and the Avesta (because I'm persian and that's what persian people had believed in before Islam) at a certain age and try to apply what good I've found in any of them in real life, for example in the matter of swearing, both muslims and jews try not to lie when they swear as the books order, but I prefer the bible version in this matter: don't swear at all! So if I want to do something I'd say I'll do it and if I don't, well then I say I wont! Anyway, long story short, I'm someone who believes in good and evil... And tries to choose good more often than evil.

There is really no big mystery about it. Only been here 9 months myself but there are threads that cover his works, writen as well as movies and other things. And there are threads where we just chat with eachother about in things in our life and also joke around a bit. And threads discussing King in general. Example fave Kingbook and so on. And threads where you can , if you feel like it, discuss so called Hot Topics, that is politics, religion, and everything else that can be controversial. I suggest you just look around and read some of the posts to get a feeling for how it works and then just jump right in and post. Thats what i did and it worked for me. Hope i helped a little at least. Oh, and if your posts isn't visible at once it is because they are moderated the first 150 posts and then were trusted to post directly.

First may I suggest you look over FAQ- it will help you understand the way the MB works.
There are several Forums- always check NEWS as it is there you will find out the latest "official" Sk news.
Under Written Works you will find the books by SK and discussions for each one. There is also a place Movies where you can discuss books that have been made into movies.
General Discussion and Questions would be things SK but not related to a specific title. Have a look around.
The fun and social place is Chattery Teeth -- this is more social in content. Birthdays, things of daily interest, care and concerns for members.
Bred Any Good Books is a place to tell us what books you are currently reading or might suggest to others.
If you have issues with the website- go to Website and your post will be noted.
Hot Topics provides a place to discuss Religion, Politics and anything else controversial. Please read the rules for the forums use.

basically The SKMb is a fun and informative place for all things SK. Look around, read some posts and please do post.
As always, if there are any questions- just ask. The members are very helpful.
A note: you will be moderated for the first 150 posts, so please be patient if your post is not immediately posted.
Have fun!!
