I read in the FAQs that the ONLY way to contact Stephen King (if I understood correctly) is to post in the forum and hope that he happens to read your message. With thousands of messages posted here, that seems like throwing a bottle with a message in the ocean and hoping he will find it, but there doesn't seem to be any alternative. I don't even see any category for directly addressing Mr. King, so it seems unlikely that he will see my message, but here is what I've been wanting to tell him for over 30 years now:
Over 30 years ago I saw a beautiful young woman reading a Stephen King book and although she was a complete stranger to me I struck up a conversation with her. I'm sure she thought I was just some jerk, but I was persistent and amazingly we have been married for over 30 years now! Ironically the name of the book was FIRESTARTER and it sort of did start a fire! At one point we hoped to maybe tell you at a book signing, but of course the line was insanely long and we had to get back to work. So instead I'm telling you now if you happen to read this... Thank you for the best thing in my life!
