I'm following this robot on twitter.

hitchBOT | Making my way across Canada, one ride at a time.

He's hitching across Canada, and just got his first ride. It makes me think of Flat Stanley...for adults.

I don't think there are any required tolls. He skipped PEI (toll bridge) and NL (ferry). The toll highway in GTA is not required as there is another highway you can take.

I am really enjoying the posts and pictures. People are taking pictures and posting them....but so does hitchBOT. Though, he's short and takes pictures straight ahead. Lol.

He's in Toronto. Gone to see his maker. which is kind of different for a robot.

I think there were a few glitches. He was sometimes not making sense. Interrupting people (which apparently is considered rude even when you're a robot.

Anyway, seems someone took him from Quebec City all the way to Toronto...which was kind of rude in my opinion. Share the fun, you know?

He arrived with a stuffed dog (he told his first driver he'd like a pet). And a Dora back pack that looks like it's full of stuff picked up on his travels. And he went to Dalhousie. Lol.
