For those who haven't played many video games, they may be surprised to see how far they have come.

The Silent Hill game is coming out on the PS4 and it's pretty scary. It stars Norman Reedus (Daryl from the Walking Dead). Even watching it is pretty intense.

Any horror game fans out there?

Can't go wrong with Silent Hill. Playing thru "The Evil Within" on Xbox One right now. Very creepy, definitely reminds me of SH.

I'm not a horror game fan as such, but I have played some games with horror themes, such as the suffering on ps2 - that was weird, red dead redemption: undead nightmare, the early resident evil games. The last of us had some horror elements but I wouldn't call that a horror game.

The video game version of The Thing on PS2 and Xbox was pretty bad-a**!

Also, there was a PC game called Nocturne from the late 90's / early 2000's that was pretty rad. Had the creepiest intro movie I've seen in a game.

LOVE Silent Hill. My son plays it and I watch.

I am working on The Evil Within right now too, only on PS4. Very sporadically, but I am having a hard time with it. It is a very difficult game! I do not much care for the constant do overs, when you die. Which I am doing often. Wish it had more frequent checkpoints, or the ability to save your progress at will. I will prevail though!

The Left 4 Dead games were pretty good.

Splatterhouse on the TurboGrafx was pretty entertaining on its day.

I remember a Jaws game and a Friday the 13th game for the NES. Both were pretty terrible.

I had splatter house 2 for the sega mega drive (genesis in the states), I remember liking it but can't remember a thing about it.

I like Dead Rising lol all 3 of them. Silent Hill games as well.

That was a great game. My son and I both liked that one a bunch.

Doom Is the very first Horror shooter game which I have played when I was got crazy for playing video games. Recently I have moved towards playing Multiplayer first-person shooter video game like Overwatch which one of my friends got from Instant-gaming along with CD keys.
