My 6th grandchild William was born last night at 11:35 PM in Des Moines Iowa. He weighed in at a hefty 8 lbs & 10 oz. Both baby and mom are doing just fine. This was a little ahead of schedule but I think mom was more than ready. Got any scary nursery stories?

Scary nursery story . . .here's a quick one. My mom worked for the owners of a funeral home once and often she'd have to clean and dust the Funeral Parlor. I learned she'd lay me in a casket while she cleaned. One day the wife found out about it and it really upset her deeply. She gave my mamma 'what, for'. When I first heard about it I have to admit it did make me wonder WTF! But now, I can laugh at it . . .
