Sounds healthy.I exercise my right to cry and then I walk a long long way.
Going outside in the fresh air and sunshine helps. Laughing (if you can find a good comedy). Distracting yourself by keeping busy with something you enjoy - arts and crafts or some type of needlework.
Talking with someone who understand you.
Going on the SKMB and checking out some of the funny posts helps.
Sometimes I soak in a tub with Epsom salts and bubbles - the hot water helps relax my muscles. Aromatherapy - put some scented bath salts in there at times as well.
Reading a good book.
Last resort - take half a tablet (0.5 mg) of Ativan but only if I am completely stressed.
