Yes.. how sad for the guest of Honor, not allowed in the house... and not having many people show up to pay their respect to him all because of someone else. I do believe I would have changed the location as fast as possible to people could come and enjoy themselves. So sad

Yup, I would have told that ignorant bitch to shove it up her ass (sorry Mod) then enjoyed the day with real friends and decent people. Shocking behaviour, but as the "Guest of Honor" I would never have agreed to attend under those circumstances anyway. Why would he allow another person to insult and demean him in such a way? I just don't get it.

They all found out the day before the party. The guest of honor had worked for that woman's husband for a lot of years. He was good enough to work for them, but not good enough to go into their house.
