hi, thought i would look up my favorite story teller. well i watch movies based on stephen king books, i really wish i could sit down and just read a horror novel but i have a lack of concentration, i have tried in the past i brought the novel IT after watching the mini series i got to about page 20, its the words, they just jumble up in front of me. and it hurts my head. well, im good with art, drawing and painting, but havent done any in ages. went to collage and did art and design. well thats me.

im going to 'try' write a graphic novel, or should that be draw lol. its only for fun nothing serious. i dont have a clue what its going to be about, but its something i want to do, and publish on the net for free. im good with dark creepy stuff but havent drawn in a while, going to be a bit rusty.

hi thank you all for welcome, on the subject of audio books, i just listened to a sample of IT on youtube, was interesting. think i might buy the audio book for IT. its so much simpler for me and more enjoyable. i will look into short stories but i really think audiobooks are the way to go for me.

Hi zero and welcome! Try an audio book in small sips at first till you can focus. Audios are a great way to take in a story.

Hi, zero. What's with IT? It doesn't have to be IT. If you want to read or listen to an sK story there are tons other than IT, especially for people with trouble concentrating. Try some short stories and novellas.

hi blunthead, its a funny story really, i watched the mini series of IT when i was 8 back in the 90s, my friend made me watch it, i used to have nightmares about pennywise, once i woke up screaming and calling for my dad because i thought IT was under my bed and was going to kill me. since then i have always had a kind of fascination about pennywise, the mini series made a return back to tv when i was about 25, which made me buy the book and try to read it. it still makes me shiver when i watch pennywise saying 'they all float down here'
