It's snowing right now and we're under a winter storm warning. They're saying possibly another 12-18" by the time it's over tomorrow night.

Wrong kind of snow--it was powder which doesn't make for good snowman-making. You know I love you, too, but after 10 years you still don't know how much I hate snow and being cold?!!!! For you, though, I'll keep it in mind if we have the right conditions which would mean wetter snow and a sunny day after the storm so I'm not out there in crappy weather. I'm not sure I even liked that when I was a kid.
Aww M, I was only kidding, I know how much you hate that white stuff and would never want you out there in it for any longer than you needed to be. (Especially now when you're still in foot recovery mode.)

Was able to get regular boots on yesterday for the first time. Has been many, many years since I've built a snowman--since the kids were little--but might be fun if conditions are right. The snow should be done and Sunday is supposed to be sunny but probably too cold for me to go out as the high temperature is only forecast as 9 F (-12 C). Sounds a lot more like a day for reading or doing crafts--perfect for my inner snow bunny.

APRIL!! Well at least you'll get away from the spring mud.
A lot of people think I'm crazy to wait that long but it's my reward for getting through the winter. For me it would be even more depressing to have to come back to another month or two of snow and cold weather if I went earlier. In April when I come back it really is beginning to be springtime here so I don't mind waiting just a little longer. :smile2:

I like your reasoning. But you probably are crazy.....you keep coming here to this adult daycare. ;)
