Will do, OoO. This is record breaking stuff--

I saw it on the news yesterday morning. That stalled front over you is like what happens up here when we get a "cut off low" that sits over The Gulf of Maine and spins and spins sending moisture inland until a high pressure system finally knocks it out to sea. You have your own rain gauge, Spidey? How many inches you think you've had from this event?

Officially on Tv they just said 31 inches in past two weeks and it will not move across coastline until late tomorrow night- so, much more to come.
All three local TV station are now broadcasting non stop with closures. My Co. just said they want all people off roads by 3Pm due to high tides coming in.

I am on the Pasco/ Hernando Co. line and about 3 miles in from US 19. Since it's all woods =up high. There are two lakes on one road we take out that does flood over, but there is also another way out.

My rain gauge has overflowed many times. I'd say close to the 30 is correct.

Pouring rain now, but its supposed to be intermittent by this afternoon and hot/dry for the rest of the week. Two youngest are disappointed-their Shakespeare in the Park will surely be cancelled for tonight because the ground is soaked. One less performance of Macbeth, but they still have 2 others (W,F), and 3 of Twelfth Night (T, Th, S). I'll be SO glad when this week is over!
