Sun streaming down, not a Cloud in the sky and 25C. Pollen reigns and my eyes are red, itchy and weepy. But I am not complaining. Sadly tomorrow a much coolt period is said to start. About 15C. Will feel like Winter after this fantastic early may week we have been having.

No blue raspberry for us, we use maple syrup up here in Maine.
Yes, we use that too, but we call them pancakes not Italian ices.

Even up here in the frozen tundra we do have months without snow (although I think Cat has us beat this year), so you have to have something else to put your maple syrup on like pancakes and waffles and vanilla ice cream and biscuits and.....

Mmmm, I have never tried maple syrup on snowcones or ice cream. I think maybe I've been missing out! Sounds delicious, much better than fruity flavors!
Open a roadside stand and sell maple syrup flavored Italian ices, CAT. I'm sure you'll get a customer.....or two.
