Barefoot? I thought that was against Federal Law or something. I wanna know when she gets there without a shirt.
It is against state health regulations...... You might not have to wait long, she's also wearing the same clothes that she wore yesterday......
She's proving to be an embarrassment for the salon......
Have I mentioned that I don't think I like her?

We have a salon owner who is afraid of confrontation......she won't say anything until it's to late
this is what the owner needs:

If she cleaned up, quit taking others' food, and wore shoes, would she otherwise be an asset to the salon? Is she a good hair cutter, f'rinstance?

-I ask because sometimes a come-to-Jesus is all it takes for someone like this to straighten up and fly right. If she felt like she had support from the rest of you, she might actually work out. If she's not the type to take constructive criticism, then forget it. Ask the salon owner to get rid of her and tell her you'll take on the client overload for a while as she looks for another stylist. This woman needs to be worth the professional investment, and it sounds like she's not at the moment.

No....the only asset she is to the salon is the $122 per week rent she pays. She wouldn't know professionalism if it ran through the front door and bit her on the a$$......and her station kooks like and episode Sanford and Son, piled up with crafts and knickknacks .....does she want to be a hairstylist, or run a flee market????....danged if I can tell.
The salon owner only sees dollar signs at the moment, so we're stuck.

But you're not stuck. The health code violation alone is enough of a reason for her to leave. Have you spoken with the salon owner? Maybe had a powwow with her and two other allies? Unless this woman is bringing in serious money to the salon, she needs to be gone. (I'd be annoyed, too, with the chotchkas piled up, but then again, I have a lot of chotchkas, so I'm not one to talk.)

I am angry today because I've finally found Mr. Mercedes in one of our book stores and found out it costs sooo much... Usually I could buy 3 books with this money... I am so angry as no book can cost like this (come on, people have almost stopped reading and I can understand why considering how much real books cost in this country) and I am confused as I don't know if I should still go and buy it because I want it very much or wait until some other store has it.

Our new co-worker are an entire bag of Cheetos that I had at the salon.....didn't even ask me if it was okay.....and then replaced it with a huge bag of Walmart brand cheese puffs. I told her that since she ate Cheetos, I expected Cheetos in return. She said "but this is a bigger bag".
Maybe I shouldn't be so upset, but I feel like she took by small bag of gold and replaced it with a big bag of turds.

OMG!!! Same co-worker just showed up to work.....barefoot! This woman is the epitome of all things tacky..... Not to mention that if the state inspector come in, the whole salon is screwed. It's a deduction of five sanitation points at the minimum...

Gross! People are so disgusting. Taking someone else's food is YUCK! She doesn't sound like a good hairdresser either. Hopefully you won't have to put up with her long. I am having some employee issues myself, so I feel your pain. I am just wondering why does it seem that annoying people have taken over my life or maybe something is wrong with me?
