hand up. I'm a beast in the car. I don't honk or flip anyone off, but I go totally hulk in my little beater. It's merging I tell ya, merging. If everyone would just learn to get on and off the freeway, my life could be peaceful.:my_bad:

lol... I hate that too... I'll be traveling down the entrance to the freeway, matching my speed to the car I've chosen to get behind, and then I have to slam on my brakes because the doofus in front of me has come to a complete stop at the entrance to the freeway.

REALLY? You aren't just making that up? I figured working til I started sweating would get rid of some of that water.

Nope, i'm for real. When we work out, especially when we work out particularly hard, our bodies will hold on to fluids in the muscle tissue as a defensive mechanism... it does this so not to dehydrate and deplete the body. Think of your body as a car engine... you can't run that engine without fluid or fuel so it's important to fuel up a little pre-work out and even a little afterwards.... and drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated!

Rough day. Ready to eat nails and spit rust. Went to my yearly eye exam. Got to set there 3hours. To find out I have to go back for more tests possible eye surgery. Then went to the appointment for the results on my throat. Got there with 5 minutes to spare for them to sit me in aroom for a half hour and then tell me they haven't gotten the results yet. Like they could have called. What happen to there 24 hour notice? all I can say is they better not bill me or my insurance.

Kff, sorry it all went so bad. I understand sometimes a doctor has an emergency and might be running late, but not 3 hours late. I actually stopped seeing one specialist and had GP refer my son to a different because every appointment was 1-3 hours late. And the one hour wait was when I was assured I was the first appointment of the day.

I am angry today because no matter what I do, it seems, my spouse finds a reason to be upset about it.
I hate it when they do that.
Just remember, if he's got an attitude like that, it's HIS problem. Don't let him make it yours. It probably pleases him a great deal to see that he gets under your skin, so don't give him the satisfaction. Have a good day despite him. Especially if he's going to be like that.

And I need to take my own advice. I've got somebody trying to screw with one aspect of my life, and I've been letting it upset me. A lot. Playing little miss sunshine and daisies while manipulating me into having fits and looking like the bad guy. And I've played right into it by letting myself get upset. That must have been very satisfying for them.
But they obviously don't know me. I'm not going to fold like a paper house, and I'm not going to let somebody else's machinations dictate who I am. And I'm not going to be led on a merry chase to defend myself to whomever gossip or propaganda might get fed to. If those folks want to fall for it, that's on them. Not me. Anybody that wants to get to know me for who I am, and not who they're told I am, it's cool. We can hang. Anybody else, well. That's just a shame. But it's not my responsibility.
Everybody rides the Karma train, sooner or later. Good, bad, or sneaky, whatever people put out comes back to them.

Oh, he's pretty miserable. He just wants me to be the way I was before. Says it's not fair that I'm changing. I understand from his perspective it doesn't feel nice, and I sympathize. But not enough to pretend to be someone else. That's all.
