Thanks Holly. Torn ligaments and bleeding into the foot. Infection setting in and have to go on antibiotics. I'll know more tomorrow if I need surgery. Wasn't too hopeful when they kept checking X-rays and taking more, checking and taking more and more. Probably a dozen X-rays taken in total. Whole foot is now blown up from the internal bleeding. Need to keep it elevated and iced. I'm allowed to work tomorrow as long as I'm sitting and keep foot elevated. I refused the painkillers. Pretty good with pain unless I'm trying to sleep. Doctor said take 3 Advil before bed and see how it goes. 4 weeks minimum to heal if no surgery is needed.
As for the other procedures, well we got talking about tennis and it kinda got forgotten about (unless he wants to get the ankle thing done before the next level of torture). I'm sure I'll get caught when I go back next week.
Oh no! Sounds painful. Hope you were able to get some sleep - I hate those sharp, burning, agonizing pains when you're trying to sleep. Take care!
