It is nice to be near Bangor. Growing up around here you think nothing of it but I lived away for 20 years and moved back to Maine 2 1/2 years ago. It was always home though. The only thing that would make it tops is if I would ever see a certain someone roaming around. I wouldn't accost him or even ask him to sign anything. Maybe shake his hand, ask him about the Sox, maybe ask for a picture so I can preserve that moment forever. I've heard he's pretty approachable if you're normal about it. I wonder if him having to pick me up off of the ground due to fainting would be considered "normal"?
