Good for you - just take your time and make sure you are ready to go back. Don't rush it.

Oh well..........:D

Enjoy these times with family, True. They get fewer and further between as we get older. I'm lucky that my two still are home for Christmas, but it won't be long I'm afraid until they are gone and we are visiting them.

Thanks for those words, OoO, you speak true :) (It's dawning on me that that's going to happen soon--but I'm gonna focus on the 'now,' haha).
I wish the very same to you and your family--and that you all have a great holiday season!

Candle company glowing - Winnipeg Free Press

I am happy today because my son is going to this place in Winnipeg every Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. for a job experience!

When he is not at the Soy Harvest Candle place he also has a job practicum at Atlas Graham - a company that makes cleaning supplies.

He works there on Tuesdays and Fridays from 8:30 until 2:30.

Last year at this time he was unemployed and his job facilitators/social workers noticed such a great improvement in his attitude and general demeanor the last time we were there for an interview.

What a difference having a reason to get out of the house and do something productive makes for a person's sense of worth and well being!
