I am happy today because of the good people in my life who, though I've never deserved good people, have remained to give me support and encouragement.

Just spoke with a lady at the library - it turned out both "Salem's Lot" and "Finders Keepers" had come in for me but the hold expired on June 19th. After explaining my crazy schedule lately, she was nice enough to waive the fees. (it's $1.20 per book if your hold expires before you have a chance to pick up the book).
So I guess I will just buy a copy of Finder's Keepers and she says she will go get the copy of Salem's Lot for me and hold it for me there.
I might pop over to WalMart rather than driving all the way to Chapters (way across town) - plus it's probably less expensive at Wally-Mart.

I am happy today because I have the most wonderful man, and I love him over everything. When I came home from work
today he had cooked food and cleaned our apartment. That really made me happy.

I am happy because I got thru my probation period at work. I now have medical/dental and 150 hrs PTO plus 9 holidays.

Health dept. dude swung on by for his surprise inspection of the big pink sodium nitrate, phosphate and all manner o' other 'ates, meat wagon, I welcomed him with open tongs.
Scored a pretty swell 99%, had a couple plastic spoons upside down in a jar, so he dinged me a point...eh, I mean like, who wants to be perfect ALLLL the time, anyway

Naaahhh, not in gail force wind and hard driven rain with massive lighting and of course the just now power outage, they won't, not that they have on this spot in the last nine months anyway, come to think on it...nope I'm taking Spideys advice, and gonna pack up and split this weenie stand, and thensee if there's anything to that enjoying the day stuff
