I am frigging Job!!!!! That poor biblical character was afflicted so much. Now, I have hives. They come all over me in big red patches. My lips swell up and my chest hurts. Hab mercy!!!!!!!!!!!!
I wish I could be there to give you a hug, but it probably would hurt so the cyber hug may be better anyway. Sending you lots of love and healing vibes. Hope you are fully recovered sooner than later without any more complications. (((Staro)))

I have no idea why I get this....nothing different like new meds or anything else. I had it so bad once the ambulance had to come get me. My throat started to close and my blood pressure suddenly dropped really low. If I am no better tomorrow, I shall drop by the docs.
Do, especially if they're affecting your breathing. I get them from stress sometimes--big, ugly, horrible hives. Nothing affects those but time and calming the hell down. Last year they were so bad that they left scars all up and down my arms; in a sleeveless shirt, I look like a tweaker *smdh*

Then I found the perfect thing. The Top 6 Home Remedies for Hives! and here they are lovey, I hope they help. xoxoxo :love_heart:

1. Ice Pack
Putting an ice pack on the affected area is one of the simplest way to soothe the signs and symptoms of hives. It will help your blood vessels to shrink thus reduce the swelling. Moreover, it helps with the itchy sensation. For best results, do this method four to five times a day.

2. Cold Milk
Cold milk compresses are another simple solution. Dip a small towel in a bowl with cold milk, wring out the excess milk and place it over the itchy and swollen areas. Allow it to stay several minutes.

3. Oatmeal
Fill your bathtub with enough warm water that won’t scald your skin. Add 1 to 2 cups of grinded oatmeal, and use your hands to make sure it’s dispersed in the water. Soak your body in such water until it’s no longer warm. After that, rinse and pat dry your body.

4. Baking Soda
If you don’t have time to do the oatmeal treatment which requires grinding, grab a box of baking soda and dissolve a cup of it in your bathtub filled with warm water. Soak your body in the water for a several minutes.

5. Apple Cider Vinegar
Put several tablespoons of corn starch in a small bowl, and add several drops of apple cider vinegar while mixing until you get a paste. When you get the desired paste consistency, apply it on your itchy bumps. The best time to do this home remedy is after a shower or bath.

6. Aloe Vera
Planting some aloe vera in your garden is always a good idea. The thick gel in each aloe vera leaf is rich in vitamin E, and can help in this condition. You should just apply it on the itchy areas every time the hives strikes.
