....and what did I see?

These two women, opening tubs of baby wipes sticking their nose in them then closing them up.

Eeewwww!

What did you see there?
...probably checking for fragrance...i.e. allergy...I've done it myself-since something labeled "fragrance free" often isn't and it's hard on tender little baby butts...

Sticking your nose in your allergen is not an intelligent choice. And they opened at least four packs.
...I'm not implying that THEY were allergic, I meant they may have been Mom's checking because of their children...and big deal, four packs or eight-I'm gonna keep sniffin' till I find one that won't burn my kid's butt, and as far as opening them-a lot of babywipes aren't vacuum sealed....I do this with air freshener as well, spritz it a couple of times and take a whiff-coz I sure don't want to drag something home that smells like crap...

I open anything I buy that I haven't used before. I'm highly sensitive to fragrances. If I'm not careful, I can get a nasty reaction. To this day, I can't use Tide, Bounce or Dawn original Blue.
But I won't open anything with a safety seal. Just things like soap or shampoo that you can pop the top off if. Oh, yep. Air fresheners, too. Some of them can close my throat.

I do not wish to buy anything anyone else stuck their nose in. We cannot use anything with fragrance. On the occasions that we accidentally get something with fragrance we give it away. Someone opening it and touching inside is a risk to me if they ate what I'm allergic to....and chances are they did. Remember which brand you can use and buy it. Opening and leaving it there is equivalent to stealing. Nobody buys one they see is open.

I die a little inside every time I go to Walmart......

At least I know there is one stop shopping for supplies should I decide to take up a life of crime. I can buy my ammo and a ski mask all in the same place!

They don't sell any guns or ammo in Canada, they are not allowed.

But yesterday when we were at the camping/outdoor section (I assume where hunting rifles would be if they did sell them) there was a very heated argument going on. I have no idea whether these people knew each other prior to entering the store, but just the bit I heard, they were arguing about the little girl that accidentally shot the Uzi instructor. And I mean they were yelling at each other. I thought they were going to start punching each other. (Guy in his forties, woman a but older.)

the reason I figure hunting rifles would be right by the camping area is that's where Canadian Tire used to keep them....right near the fishing rods.
