Usually true. Especially if the Momma in question is Italian. Like mine.

Usually huge mamadrama throughout the SwiftDog clan if Momma SwiftDog is unhappy about something. Which, unfortunately, is a lot of the time.

Pretty true. A lot of families revolve around the one who keeps track of everything, and often that's mom. Put her in a snit and no one is going to be liking life much.

okay well, growing up, it was all about my Mom - but my Dad couldn't tolerate that because he was a "man's man" so he left. So, she married a wimp and had her way with him (my Step Father)

Yep, it's been true for me for years. I'm a grown woman, married with two kids, and my mom still acts like the world will stop turning if I don't drop everything and do what she wants. And when it comes to guilt trips, my momma drew the maps. I love her and have a lot of respect for her, but she's one of the few people that knows how to get under my skin and make Twitch come out...

See, again at the moment, she's comfortably sitting on top of a dusty tv, in a box wrapped in a plain brown wrapper, well I mean she used to get all of my mail back when I travelled, and copiously warned me about getting packages 'in brown paper' delivered, I mean what might the mailman think....but that ain't the real problem, that dusty dust is the real problemHoly smokes she'd have nunna dat nonsense, no wayz no howz...um, 'scuse please, gotta find a rag and the Pledge, or creamains in a box or no

...I grew up around very strong and opinionated women-and I am married to a beautiful lady, whom I have learned over the years-can make ME look like a rank amateur in the temper department if you get her riled up...so it holds true here....
