...I would favor that area as well....it is much more welcoming than many of the locales our favorite Ka-Tet visited.....I understand the dishes there are to die for....

Aye, this would be my choice, as well. I'd become one of the Sisters of Oriza for certain.
I wouldn't want to be near any of DT's dysfunctional settings. New York City would be about as close as I'd want to get, and I'd never want to live there!

Certainly, would not be the city of Lud or Tull. I am listening to the Dark tower series on CD. I have been on the journey to the Dark tower reading. A whole new experience with listening.
