Accepting the fact that I will never get married. The odds of a woman my age getting married are 1 in a billion.
Some women take men for granted and turn down proposals from really good men because they don't believe in marriage.
Well I do. I would never turn down a proposal from anyone, except a serial killer.

That counts me out! lol. If you're around people enough, someone will start liking you. It just happens. I know what I'm talking about here. I have a cousin who is over 50 & married a great guy. She looks like Farrah Fawcett, which I guess sort of helps.

Anything is possible. I have a dear friend who just got married at age 50......she's never been married before!
Not meaning to meddle......but perhaps trying to put a positive spin on a situation now and then might help your outlook?

Was closing the pool over the weekend and discovered a section that was rusted out and about 15” and had split. There was a big bulge from the liner and water trying to push through. Had to quickly drain the pool down to 12” before the whole thing burst. Took out about 8,000 gallons of water. Now I’ll have to get a new one come spring and found out around what the cost will be. :(

We opted to fill our pool in at the end of last season vs trying to replace. It was much less cost. We miss it, but have enjoyed the backyard and have a garden now.

I would vote to get rid of the pool. I have to do all the maintenance and only go in it about once a year when the water temp is over 80 degrees and I've been working in the yard. Unfortunately I don't wear the pants in the family. :)
