Mini Series Wendy was much better. In fact, I think the miniseries itself was much better.

Oh c'mon, just 'cause she's not what you pictured when you read it. Did you know she had a serious flu during most of the filming? This added to working with Kubrick being = Hell by lots of actors. To me Duvall was believable and an appropriate casting choice for Kubrick's vision.

That's a matter of opinion. Besides a movie isn't required to reflect the book upon which it's based. Finally, attacks on Duvall generally have nothing to so with what you're saying.She was consistently not in the right character to the book, as the rest of the actors.
