i think it is some kind of insomnia prevention...but i don't recall that one making it into the story. all those others but maybe not that one. was looking at images to-do with insomnia. that's all it had...the feet. press here. heh! reminds me of that cure for leg cramps, pinch your nose real hard. sometimes that works but the cramps i get are the fabled mother-of-all-leg-cramps. maybe i need to press here?

ummm, hokay. the last two clocks we bought, one for the living room--a kind of clock that chimes, to replace the wind-up regulator, and one for the kitchen wall...neither clock face is such that you can read them. would that be a poker-faced clock? don't believe we noticed---or did we?--notice that the face isn't conducive to conversation. these are the thoughts troubling me at 4:29 in the a.m. and well....i have to peel and core some apples for sauce. there's that. boom booom booom boom.
i keep waiting for the second-hand to move. grrrr, this clock knows how to play poker.
I'd like to say they ran out of A's but.....no.....I got nothin'.....maybe it was Satin night at church?
