I learned something interesting I did not know about Prince. He was very athletic and played football in high school. That is saying something considering he was 5'2.

Favorite Prince performance? Superbowl XLI halftime show. You remember? When Manning and the Colts whupped da Bears? Great game, great performance...good times.

Did anyone see Under The Cherry Moon? I loved that movie, but cried like a baby at the end. Had some good funny stuff in it.

I wonder what happened to him - was he alone? Was someone taking care of him? It just breaks my heart - I hope someone was with him, making sure he was hydrated, taking care of him. I guess it will be a while before we know - and we may not know the real deal.
The world has suffered a loss for sure - he was amazing! The first time I heard him - I think it was I Would Die 4 U - I was in love. He just got better and better. And he just pushed it - you could count on him to make it interesting. And the sexuality - oh my goodness - does anyone do it better (well since Barry White, anyway)? One of my favorite bad boy Prince songs is 22 Positions. I cannot sit still when I hear it. What a legacy he leaves.

Oh God - no I didn't! I'm continually shocked how these folks that we all love so end up alone like that. If I was close to him and knew he was ill I wouldn't leave him alone. That is so sad.
