So....satire. Well, not exactly my definition of that word, but, not real news. We assume it's real...and it's not. (I say we because I fell for it too.). Pretty hard to tell these days.

In my defence, my favourite hunting story was about someone who was so excited his first hunting trip. It was a group of guys, and each day, one would stay at the cabin cooking and cleaning while the other went hunting. This young guy on his first trip, he had to stay at the cabin the first day. The other guys get back end of the day, no luck. But the young guy was all excited. When they finally calmed him down enough to talk he told them he had shot the fridge. And someone pointed out to him...that meat is already dead! (After that, nobody was willing to actually take him out hunting. If you'll shoot a fridge, you are a high risk to shoot other hunters.)

This is a bizarre interview.

AP Exclusive: For 1st time, Casey Anthony speaks about case

"Even if I would've told them everything that I told to the psychologist, I hate to say this but I firmly believe I would have been in the same place. Because cops believe other cops. Cops tend to victimize the victims. I understand now ... I see why I was treated the way I was even had I been completely truthful."

Is she calling herself a victim?

That's what you do when you're a suspect and have a good attorney, you become a victim. Works more often than you would believe.

Saw part of her interview on TV-- she's still not "all there". And yes, she does see herself as the victim.

She doesn't report her baby missing for a month and then is surprised that she's a suspect?

There was another part of that interview where she was comparing her case to OJ Simpson's and said she saw similarities with the two cases. I see them too. You were both guilty and got off.

We worked a case where a guy came all the way from the next state, cut his ex-girlfriend's power to her house, broke in, beat her almost to death. His attorney found one phone call she had made to him a month prior where she wanted him to come get his belongings. No transcript of the call contents of course. His attorney claimed she had called him and asked him to get back with her then rejected him once he actually showed up. Never mind the cut power lines or door broken down to get to her. Result? 5 years of which he served about a year. Her result? Fractured skull, broken arm, and most likely nightmares for the rest of her life. Justice is blind? Mehhh....all depends on how good your attorney is.

I will never understand, to my dying day, how she got away with this. I watched the trial. I don't know how she got away with it.

It is because the general public just cannot wrap their head around the idea of a mother killing her child,or the idea that a woman could be so evil,or depraved,or whatever you want to call it,that she would do that..look at the first few paragraphs of this story, she is asked how the baby would be today, and she says "She would be a badass" what kind of fool describes their dead daughter in that fashion..probably an idiot that had no problem with killing her..
