Anybody watch Ink Master? I'm watching the "Redemption" episode, where former disasters get a chance to fix their previous failures.

I didn't see the season the Mystical Mike was on, and I'm glad. He's one of the artists that's back to try and redeem himself, and I just don't see how that's possible. He's negative, combative, arrogant, full of himself. Says he's the best artist on the planet, etc. And he's totally disrespecting the canvas (the person he screwed up on the first time, bad-mouthing her the whole time). There's nothing but mouth on this guy. I don't like him at all.

There's one season on US Netflix which I've watched but it hasn't made it to TV in the UK yet. There sure are a lot of tattoo shows at the moment but I did enjoy Ink Master. There's a show in the UK just now called Tattoo Fixers which is all cover ups, it's good to see a British show since we normally just get the U.S. shows imported, only problem is every tat I see walking out of the shop on Tattoo Fixers I'm like "nope, that's ugly".

I'd do it :fox:

I watched that same episode tonight. That Mike guy was just awful. I do watch Ink Master, but I didn't see the season he was on. I'd do it, too, Lepplady. I've been wanting a new tattoo for a while now. :)

Go to their web page. They have a place to sign up to try and be one of the people. And I do believe they pay for airfare and stuff.

Haven't watched the episode yet. If I was ever going to ink myself, I would save huge money to have one of the real artists in the field do it.

Lepplady , did you ever volunteer to be one of their models?
I would LOVE to be one of the models! I'd be a challenge, too. Older, thinner skin, plus I've lost a lot of weight, so there's some slippage.
And if I didn't like the tat I got, I could sign up for tattoo nightmares for a cover. LOL!

Also a big fan. My choice from the start won last night.

I sent an email to be a canvas. They were asking for people with diseases or disorders they wanted to give more publicity. Nothing yet but fingers crossed!
So cool! I hope you get chosen!

Lepp, I don't THINK they have done a cover up, oh wait. Maybe in one of the first seasons they did. Something is tugging at my memory.
