It's been seven months since surgery and I'm going back to work today. Kind of worries me because 90 minutes of physical therapy sometimes leaves my shoulder in horrid condition for days. Now I'm going to attempt 10 hours of ridiculous labor today and 12 hours the Saturday and Sunday. I may be fine. This entire experience has changed me. Maybe forever. I don't feel like the same person I was before I feel like my heart has hardened.my work ethic of working hard pays off will no longer exist. Most of all I do not have the ignorantly blissful ideology that you can make your life better by your actions.

Perhaps a gradual return to work would be a good choice? Start off with half days for a week and then try to work a full day?
Good luck and don't overdo it! Once you are back in a routine hopefully you'll feel better both physically and mentally
