Hi! I'm trying to post a comment on a thread dealing with Salem's Lot, so I joined this board. The process to join is more involved than I expected, but I approve of the desire to keep the board civil and to construct a vibrant community.

Anyway, I must admit that I am more of a fan of Stephen King's earlier works. It was a while since I had last read a new King novel until "Doctor Sleep" (which I thoroughly enjoyed). I have not read any of the "Dark Tower" books, which I understand to be Stephen's magnum opus. But I am looking forward to catching up with them someday when I have a bit more time.

I'm looking forward to exploring the board and seeing other peoples' ideas and comments.
