Some people really don't understand intellectual property, and that reproduction isn't the same as their own original work. Bet she won't change a thing until/unless she or ETSY receive a C&D letter.

BTW, if Angelo's tats are original work-not copied from another source, i.e., jacket or internal DT art, they are NOT in violation of copyright or trademark.
I have an Eld sigul tattoo-would that be considered illegal?

Yes, the owner of the images should be asked for permission to use the images. It might be the publisher who owns the rights to the images rather than the artist, and they may not care if only a small amount of money exchanges hands. Y'know... your tats are probably actually illegal too if you paid your tat guy for them :)
Touche :p The silhouette of Roland was... well... let's say inspired by DT art. It's not a 1 on 1 but close. The rest is original (Except of course the Ka sign and 'Unfound' signs but there wasn't really a way around those).

hehe... I figured you'd know I was just messin with ya :) I mentioned this on an old board but I want to mention it again... I LOVE your tat :)
