Check your control panel make, installed programs, sort it by date, make sure there were no programs installed on your computer the same day you clicked on the email. After that, might run a registry cleaner program make sure nothing was modified. Any performance issues on computer after opening email?

it looks like the last things installed was a week ago and it was my Microsoft security updates... nothing seems to have been added today. I haven't gotten any pop-up security alerts either or have had any obvious issues (lagging etc).

where can I find a registry cleaner program?

Thanks, Ghost!!! (hugs)
