Here, there and everywhere.
We make Chinese food often. I gave my husband a Breville electric wok a few years ago, and we make fried rice and stir fry things in it. My favorite thing to make is dumplings stuffed with pork, but it's very time-consuming. Lil - while you're e-mailing, would you mind shooting me that recipe, too?

My daughter's best friend is Chinese, and we always interrogate her when she comes home from their house about what kind of food they served. She'll say, "They had a big fish in the middle of the table with it's head and eyes still on, and they were all picking at it with chop sticks." Or, "they had something that looked like dried carrots hanging from their ceiling, and they chopped them into broth."
