Grew up with Jerry and Dean.

Anyone here watch the telethons? Back in the day when there were only 3 stations and they signed off at midnight (Unless you watched Midnight Special or Tom Snyder) I would wait eagerly for the telethon because the TV stayed on all night!!! Woo hoo!

I cried when Jerry and Dean reconnected on the telethon.

...a man who deserved the moniker of "Legend".....Jerry and his pal Dean brought many a laugh to my youth and then his tireless work in the MD Telethons brought inspiration....a little bit of color has gone out of the world.....goodnight Jerry.......

I was not a huge fan of them as a team. But I remember watching this live.

My favourite of his movies was Family Jewels.

In one scene, the bathroom door in an airplane is opened and there is a musical group singing. (This Diamond Ring I think.) Anyway, the group is Gary Lewis and the Playboys. Gary is Jerry's son.
