By the way- I'm letting Joe out of the attic for a short time so he can go out and promote his new book 'Strange Weather' so he can make some money and keep me satisfied in the life style that I have become accustomed to. You're welcome! ;-D

I was surprised that he's sticking so close to home on this tour. I was hoping he's come on out to the west coast but I guess not this time.

I thInk it may be the fact that he has joint custody of his 3 teenage sons, so he at least has two boys still “at home” so he gets them one week and his ex gets them the folowing week. He was gone for like a mount during his fireman tour last year, but he also went into the uk as well, but his us tour was longer then this one

Going to his book signing in Birmingham UK in November.
Seemed like a really nice, down to Earth kind of guy when I met him for his Fireman book signing tour.
Costing me a small fortune to go see him this time! The things we do to satisfy our inner book nerd! ;-D

He's going to be in Brum? That's practically on my doorstep! (Well...the nearest train station is practically on my doorstep, and there's a service direct to New Street.)
